Tasha Magett is a seasoned program and project management consultant, specializing in delivering tailored solutions to startups, nonprofits, and community-based organizations. She excels in creating processes and procedures for complex operational tasks, launching and monitoring strategic initiatives, executing new organizational endeavors, and managing budgets.

With over a decade of experience, Tasha is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and has successfully led projects for federal, state, and local government contracts and grants, ranging from $1M to $65M. 

In addition to her consulting work, Tasha coaches and mentors current and aspiring project managers. She has established and led project management offices (PMOs) in large nonprofit organizations and developed comprehensive project management training and development content.
