Who We’re Looking For
We collaborate with consultants and trainers who:
· Have experience working with nonprofits, foundations, or social enterprises
· Bring expertise in one or more areas of infrastructure development such as:
- Organizational development and strategy
- Grant writing and fund development
- Program design and evaluation
- Leadership and board development
- Coaching, facilitation, and training
- Data, finance, or human resource systems
· Value collaboration, equity, and excellence in their work
We are especially interested in professionals based in the Midwest—including Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan—who understand the regional nonprofit landscape. However, we welcome applicants from across the U.S. and internationally who share our commitment to strengthening mission-driven organizations.
