While I began my consulting career supporting small businesses, I found my true purpose in working alongside nonprofit leaders who are deeply committed to community change. Helping them bring their mission to life and strengthen their impact is not only meaningful work—it’s a calling.

Alyson Parham Small is the founder and president of Partec Consulting Group Inc., a management consulting and training firm she established in 1994. With over 30 years of experience, she has led consulting, project management, and training engagements across the U.S. and internationally, serving nonprofits, foundations, and government agencies.

Fun Fact:

I have an extensive library that contains every book I read as a child from the 1st to the 6th grade. I memorized the library in school and over the years, purchased every book I could find, including multiple series, readers from elementary school, and even the music books!
