I am a seasoned human services professional with over 25 years of experience, demonstrating a proven record in strategic management, comprehensive program oversight, professional development and administrative leadership. My core expertise lies in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance program delivery, optimize resource allocation, secure sustainable funding, and manage complex data compliance and analytics for large-scale grants. I have been extensively involved in supporting the nonprofit sector as the overseer of reputable programs and organizations, where I managed staff and enrollees and contributed significantly to lowering recidivism rates in Central and Southern Indiana. In this capacity, I developed program curriculum, built and maintained crucial community partnerships, and ensured data-driven, outcome-focused service delivery for justice-involved individuals.
