Partec is proud to partner with the Indianapolis Foundation to coordinate the delivery of infrastructure development training, coaching, and consulting services under the Neighborhood Empowerment Pathways. This special initiative targets Black and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) grassroots-led entities; Partec leverages its more than 27 years of experience designing and deploying capacity-building projects to support vital entities leading change in their communities.
Each month, we host 90-minute, free workshops to provide participants practical skill-building sessions on various infrastructure development topics. Each session is designed to amplify leadership skills, and enhance organizational performance.

Providing leaders with longer sessions to delve deeper into topics and provides more skill-building opportunities for participants. Extended trainings are designed to equip leaders to be expand their skills and are typically offered on Saturday mornings.
Are you thinking about responding to a grant opportunity with the Indianapolis Foundation? Throughout the year, several grant preparation clinics are offered to provide practical application assistance. Our grant preparation clinics are designed to help position participants in the best position possible to apply for funding for their organizations.
On-demand assistance offers leaders access to professional advisors who can help tackle many of their questions or concerns. Selected organizations may receive three hours of help at no cost. A community leadership officer from the Indianapolis Foundation will review all requests and forward to Partec to assign a consultant to work with the organization.
